Overview
The Managing pain program was designed to help you learn about effective pain management strategies.
The program will help you understand:

Chronic pain and understand that you are not alone in your struggle with chronic pain

The link between the physical and psychological aspects of pain

The relationship between thoughts and pain, and introduce you to strategies to challenge/change your thoughts

The relationship between your behaviour and pain, and introduce you to strategies to change what, and how, you are doing things

The importance of lifestyle factors in your pain management, and introduce strategies for managing these lifestyle factors, and
-
Your pain beyond the program, with the help of a personally developed Pain Plan.
